I (Fleur) am discreetly present and act as a 'fly on the wall', allowing the participants to fully concentrate on their experience without distraction. This results in authentic and spontaneous images that capture the true emotions and experiences of the event.

Before the session, I will introduce myself and ask for permission to record everyone. People who prefer not to be filmed or photographed will be excluded from the footage or not shown recognizably. This ensures a respectful and comfortable environment for all participants.

Dat betekent niet dat je alles hoeft vast te leggen. Sterker nog: 2 tot 4 uur is vaak al genoeg om de sfeer, setting en energie van jouw retreat of ceremonie te vangen.
Het voordeel? Het is niet alleen voordeliger, maar deelnemers voelen zich vaak ook meer op hun gemak als ze niet de hele dag gefotografeerd worden. Je houdt het intiem én professioneel. Met een paar sterke beelden kun je je aanbod duidelijk presenteren én toekomstige deelnemers overtuigen.

frequently asked questions
I understand how annoying clicking noises can be, having been a participant at events where this was the case. My camera (Canon R6 mark ii) has a function to avoid this noise, so that the recordings can proceed without any disturbance.
Ideally, there should be sufficient natural light during the shoot. If possible, it is advisable to keep curtains open or hold the event outdoors. Although my camera has internal functions to brighten images, this can lead to noise and detract from the image quality we are aiming for.
Yes, of course! A few days after the shoot, you will receive a link to a client gallery where all your photos can be found. You can then share this gallery with your participants. They can view and download the photos using a special code that I provide. This way, your participants can easily and safely access the photos of your event. Disclaimer: they are NOT allowed to use the photos commercially.
I fully respect the wishes regarding privacy. Therefore I strive to introduce myself and ask permission from all participants to record them. If you prefer not to appear on camera, I will ensure that you are not photographed or filmed, or that your face is not recognizable in the picture. But it is also important for you as a company how you use the photos. Read more here (in dutch):
Yes and no. In terms of photos, I never share unedited footage. The aim is for the highest quality and professional look of the final products, which means that every photo is carefully edited during the post-production phase. In terms of videos, I understand that you want separate footage to make a short/reel/TikTok yourself. You can therefore order 'raw' files. I will only apply a color correction since I film everything in C-LOG.
Whether I can provide both photos and videos depends on the duration of your session. For 2-hour sessions, there’s usually not enough time for both, so you would need to choose between photos or videos. For half-day (4-hour) or full-day sessions, there is more flexibility, and I can accommodate both. Please note that additional costs may apply due to extra time needed for post-production.
